My expertise is in creating and guiding relevant, interactive, and participatory projects.

In some cases my work will involve developing and implementing projects. In others, I’ll work with staff to create new processes and strategies.

For new efforts, I often come in during the early stages, leading exhibition development and design from Concept through implementation on a range of project scales. This includes working with teams consisting of staff, community groups, boards, and architects.

I write about public engagement in the museum sphere, and interaction design. The themes typically are around practices, stakeholders, and impacts.

In working on grants, I contribute to fleshing out frameworks to concepts in order to pursue funding or project proposals.

Workshops and teaching:

I do half-day to week long workshops on new practices. I teach Graduate Interaction Design, with a focus on the public.
